Blu Phi'er Publishing, L.L.C was formed June 15, 2005 and is duly registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State. The Phi'er Lady logo is a registered trademark of Blu Phi'er Publishing, L.L.C. Blu Phi'er is based in Shreveport, Louisiana. It is the brainchild of Michael L. Bernoudy, Jr., a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Our books are sold in stores and are available through on-line outlets such as Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc. Our books are also readily available to be ordered through Ingram and Baker and Taylor.

Can I submit a full manuscript over the Internet via e-mail?
Yes. We do accept manuscript submissions via e-mail. Please mail all inquires to the Submissions Department (See our submissions page for further details).
How can I check on the status of a proposal I have already submitted?
Please note that it may take up to two months from the date your work was received in our office before you receive a response from our editors. To ensure that your submission was received you may email the Submissions Department (see submissions) and your query will be promptly answered.
How do I get permission to use materials from Blu Phi'er Book titles, either in printed books and articles or online?

Can I work as a freelance reader for your company?
We do not employ freelance readers at this time.
